At 16, you are eligible to drive in the state of NJ.

Those 16, must have a valid permit for a minimum of 6 months. So, the sooner 16th year you obtain your permit, the better.

When you are ready to start the 16 year-old, 6 hour permit program, call or email us to begin the simple application process.

Your lessons will be scheduled and completed at your convenience!

Once the 6 hours have been completed, you will receive a valid permit and a certificate of completion for an insurance discount.

While practice driving with a 16 year-old permit the following list of restrictions will apply:

  • You must be accompanied by a NJ licensed driver at least 21 who has had their license at least three years.

  • You cannot drive between 11 pm and 5 am

  • You may have passengers from shared residence (family members) plus one non-related passenger (friend).
